With the huge popularity of the Landmann Big Sky fire pits it is hardly a surprise that we can now offer an even bigger version with the Landmann USA Super Sky.
This is a solid steel fire pit, easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. The over-sized bowl (44″ including guard rail) makes this one of the largest outdoor fire pits available, and ensures it is perfect for entertaining.
The bowl itself is fairly low to the ground, so this is one where a heat proof mat, would be a good idea underneath to prevent scorching the ground. The large bowl means this will cope with all sizes of logs and remain easy to manage. Their trade-mark design of stars and moons cut outs are perfect for allowing oxygen to easily get right into the heart of the camp fire so you should have no trouble keeping the fire going without having to constantly rearrange your wood.
Included are the black spark screen which is essential in wooded areas, and a poker, which is a nice addition. You will need to order a cover as an extra if you are leaving the fire-pit outside but these are relatively cheap to order. One thing to note is that this particular model doesn’t come with a cooking grill, something that many people do find a useful addition since it gives the fire pit a dual purpose. But armed with some skewers you should be alright.
